Our Shared Values

In June 2006, NLI launched a national essay competition on the essential values of a good Nigerian Society. Further, Nigerians were requested to describe the values they wished for in their leaders. Experience and history have proved that most good societies are based on a shared set of values. Hundreds of essays were submitted and the 10 most popular values, identified by Nigerians through this process, constitute Our Shared Values.
